Good, but needs some work. Hallways are refreshed, new carpet and new ceiling tiles and paint. Just I wonder who decided to put the dog park 3ft from the Children's play area(that definitely needs new wood chips)?!?!?!?!!?? Children are complaining they took half of their soccer field and made it to a dog park. And nobody pays attention that in the warm days you have 30-40 children playing on the children play area. And that same play area hasn't been maintained for at least 4-5 years since we live here. It needs some wood chips because in a rainy day it turns to a lake, and stays like that the next few days. And 3 ft from there is the dog park. Beautiful!!!
