Zero isn't a low enough number for this place. Where to start... I guess the starting point is to say I wish I never started living here to begin with. A complete nightmare from start to finish. Incompetent staff, horrible maintenance, rodents, bugs, weird garbage locations, smelly common areas, and very little time for communication are most of the things that you can expect here. To start out I'll tell you the basics before explaining the horror show that may lead to a lawsuit in the near future. Our heat never turned off and was always on full blast. Literally our apartment was 85-95 degrees at all times. It was a sauna. Most times it was so bad that we turned the A/C on to be able to sleep in the middle of winter. The eventual fix was to turn the boiler completely off in May. Aside from that there were many issues with some uninvited house guests. Ant infestation, squirrels eating garbage on our patio constantly (picked from the dumpster 3 feet from the door which also wasn't ideal), and mice running about our place constantly. Killed one of the mice with my shoe in my bedroom as my kids and I were playing on the floor (pic attached). They said that they were spraying and doing stuff to keep bugs and rodents away, but ultimately, we had to go get some stuff ourselves to try to minimize these issues. Now on to the larger, crazier, potentially legal issue. The property decided to evict us. That's within their rights as property owners. But during the process they wouldn't give us access to our place or our stuff. They kept giving us the runaround and saying "You can move everything out in 3 days" or "You can have access when this is figured out". Over the course of two days they avoided phone calls and we constantly checked in to see what could be done to get our stuff. --- (the assistant manager) was just very rude, unaccommodating, and kind of vulgar. Honestly, I think she just gets off on the power trip. On the 3rd day we showed up to try to gain access again, since they said we could on the 3rd day. This time I saw ------ (one of the leasing guys) walking out with my XBox. I asked what he was doing and said that was mine. He replied "Na... This is mine. We're trashing this unit out." He then proceeded to put it in -----'s (maintenance guy) truck. ----- Quickly drove off and ------ quickly ran back to the leasing office. We went to the office and basically demanded access to the unit. --- looked terrified, spoke to her boss ----- (Property Manager) who said to let us in. She disagreed but he said just do it. When we got in, to our surprise all of our valuables were gone. And ONLY things of value... They systematically went through and removed anything that they could sell or couldn't buy themselves. TV's, PS4, XBox, jewelry, Designer clothes/shoes, my laptop, ipad, printer. They took my daughters diamond necklace that her aunt bought her. They took an ipad that my other daughter needs to help with her learning disabilities. They took clothes belonging to my girlfriend. Surround sound system, beats headphones, watches, jerseys, and a whole bunch of other stuff. Literally these people went shopping. Some drawers (like the one with my watches and jewelry) were completely empty, while the ones with my socks were full. They said they "trashed out" our stuff. If that's the case then why weren't all the rooms cleared out? Why where only my Jordan gym shoes gone and my beat up running shoes left behind even though they were stored in the same place. Why weren't full dressers disposed of instead of just certain drawers cleared out? Also... They let us move the remaining stuff after clearing out the valuable stuff. Kind of fishy... We immediately approached ----- about this and he stated "I'll talk to my people and see what we can do about getting your stuff back". When we tried to contact him later he ignored us. Then had his lawyer contact us. They are now hiding behind the eviction and stating that those items were "trashed out". Over $60 or $70,000 dollars worth of valuables gone... And their story is we threw just that stuff away. You'd have to be stupid to believe that story! So in the end... You want our review? Don't move here... If I could give this slum a negative rating I would. If I could go back and never sign a lease with these monsters, I would. Unfortunately, you can't change the past. Hopefully if you're reading this though, you'll be smarter than we were. STAY AWAY!!!! FAR FAR AWAY!!! Here's a link to a video of the place when we finally gained access and realized the valuables were gone.
