I have lived here since 2008. In the last 6 months, the security level of the facility has plummeted. I have had to call police 5 times for different situations, all involving people who do not actually live here making our hallways and our playground their own. Yesterday, two men got into a fistfight on our patio at 3pm. The office wouldnt answer the phone. Last month, some random people decided they were going to grill out in the lawn outside the bedroom of my young son. They were up all night and left trash everywhere. The police dont respond to calls, and the office wont do anything about it. Get out of here if you are here now, and dont move in if you are looking for security. Briarwood has a message for Normal: THUGS WELCOME, EVEN IF YOU DONT LIVE HERE.
