Resident • 2015 Not Recommended
We have had issues with our water since we moved in. My roommate's toilet would never flush, so we were forced to shut off our water to keep it from leaking. When I called maintenence, I spoke to Kevin who was EXTREMELY rude to me. He told me that it was our problem and we would have to pay the overtime plumbing fees to have it fixed (since it was on a Sunday.) Overall, I have gotten the impression that Redbird does not care about their properties or their renters for that matter. We have been living without water for 2 days which is completely unacceptable. I will never rent from this company again.
