Renting from Woodridge was the worst decision I have ever made! Not only were the neighbors extremely rude and horribly loud, but the management treated the students who rented from them like garbage. The ethics of the rental company are questionable. I didn't feel safe staying alone in the apartment at night because of how many people wandered around the complex from the various parties, and because our doors and locks were very rickety.

Woodridge had my car towed for NO reason from right in front of my apartment and then refused to refund me the $70. I ended up having to go to towing court over it and I still did not get my money back because it was private property. To this day I still have no idea why it was towed in the first place!!!

The furniture we had was garbage..my bed BROKE halfway through the year and they had the balls to give me a used one covered in gum and stickers and charge me for it!

The neighbors were completely rude. I had to call the police almost every weekend because of extremely large parties that would go on until four in the morning. I had finally had it when I came home from a long day at work and a Sunday night and there were about 100 people in the street having a huge party, complete with a wet t-shirt contest...talk about white trash! Also, the residents here like to play catch in the street, right in between the rows of cars. My brand new car, as well as my roommates' cars, were hit several times with footballs and baseballs. I understand this is a college apartment complex, but for gods sake this was above and beyond! I dont think I was ever able to get a full night sleep the entire time I lived there. Also, they have a VERY VERY bad skunk problem. And for all of these problems the management said it was not thier problem and that I should just call the police. And they said they can't do much about the skunks...yeah right, try and exterminator!

During winter, the road as well as the sidewalks were never plowed and after the first snow everything became one sheet of ice. I slipped several times and almost went to the hospital once. The townhouse was very drafty and my bedroom at the front of the house was always about 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. And the windows are leaky.

I could go on and on about every single problem, from the weird smells when we moved in to bee infestation to the maintainence people coming in unnannounced for no reason, but I will just say DO NOT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU NO WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!!!
