Nice place. Nice people. The property Manager, Morgan Farmer, is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Aged appliances that take away from the quality of the apartment. Amenities are upkept well. Seems private. Can't hear neighbors.

Great service from Chris Indelli, very poor grounds keeping. Dead bushes, plants never replaced, the sides of the townhomes are dirty, Management doesn't really care if you're happy or not they just want to fill the homes with just anyone.

Office staff has been helpful, friendly and responsive to any questions. One item that was not mentioned concerned utility setup. Because our utility start date was not the same date that the lease was signed we incurred a $50 vacant service fee.

Very quiet neighborhood. Close to everything I need. Maintenance crew are very attentive. Have not had any issues with neighbors or staff. All seem nice. I do not have school age children so can not comment about schools in the area.

It has been very pleasant so far. My neighbors are friendly and the rest of the community has been wonderful. The townhouses are beautiful! The staff at the Leasing Office are absolutely wonderful to work with.

This is a wonderful community. Everything here is kept in pristine condition and you would not be disappointed living here. The community is located near convenient shopping and restaurants. All in all, a great place to live.

Maintenance staff is wonderful! Office staff is friendly and helpful when in contact. Overall the property is well maintained. Only complaint is the poor insulation. Freezing in winter downstairs, hot in summer upstairs.

A very lovely place to live. Close o amenities, community resources, and a well-kept environment. Spacious, with garages and a pool/clubhouse. A great place to walk and in proximity to parks and other venues.
