Woodlands On Green Bay Road

Since I have moved in, I have had to call the office almost once a week to fix things. It takes them on average about a week just to get some one to call me back. For the amount that I am paying for what I view as a very small apartment, things should be done more efficiently. The worst is when it snows. I have had to contact the office just to have them put salt on the sidewalks. I have had to shovel a path from the entrance of the building to my car and for my mother and grandmother to be able to get out. That is not my job. The management is horrible and it seems as if there is always a new person there every two -three weeks and the manager is never around. The workout room (if that is what you can call it) is tiny with old machines that are ready to break down. As for the maintenance workers, they are helpful and nice. I have no complaints about them. The property manager, Diana, should be more organized and I don't see why she can't send out a letter to all tenants explaining that when the trucks are plowing the snow all cars should be moved in order to have the lot cleaner. Instead she does nothing while only the front of the office is cleared. The rest of us just circle around and see that some people take up three spots and/or don't even have parking stickers. In response to some asking about Tiffany, I have a family member that knows her and told me she is looking for a new job.
