I love this apartment. I think it's approximately 5-6 years old. It's a good value. I pay $575 (military, 590 normal). I would've had to pay nearly $1000 for a similar apartment elsewhere. There are two walk-in closets in my apartment, a huge pantry, and a coat closet in the living room. I have a nice balcony. The appliances are pretty recent and efficient. I don't reccommend the 3rd floor. The vaulted ceiling makes it hot. I share a washer and dryer with my neighbor on the other side. It's not too bad. Maintenance problems are addressed immediately. The pool is nice. The neighbors are courteous and quiet. The train tends to be noisy, but you get used to it. Oh, but be careful with your deposit. They have super crappy carpet that dirties very easily. They make you clean the carpet, but they still charge you for stains already there. They'll also make up cleaning things and make you pay to get it re-cleaned. Don't expect to get your deposit back.
