The attitude and approach of some of the office staff is extremely condescending and offensive. It makes a number of us residents feel disrespected and undervalued. We as residents would like a more diverse staff and a well trained staff in working with residents; with a focus on customer service and communications. MacKenzie is great!! We miss Trevon and his leadership as well!

Because of the experience with managment, we have decided to look elsewhere to feel more welcomed and appreciated for the money we spend. We were hoping to stay longer, but to deal with 3 different management companies and the costs increases without extra amenities and high quality service, it's not what we hoped the experience would be
