Resident 2015

3/14/2015

The staff has been great about answering my questions, making me feel like it could be someplace I could live and be happy. The amenities set it apart from other properties, with attached ground level and underground parking, not having to go outside to a different building to use the amenities like the heated indoor pool/jacuzzi/steamroom/sauna, fitness center (24hr!), theater, clubhouse, and business center. I like the benefit of the delivery services dropping packages off at your door (with a convenient shelf next to your door), but also can be dropped off at the office and they'll sign for it for you. The price is higher, so if you don't value the location at 22nd St. and Meyers Road (just north of Butterfield, right in between Lombard and Oakbrook Terrace, close to I-88 and I-355 and restaurants and shopping), convenience, and amenities (upgrades in unit plus pool, etc.), you can find other apartments for less money.
