Neighbors are respectful and nice and the management team is attentive and helpful. Matinence is also amazing and speedy. Only real downside is constant increases in rent pricing due to "matching the market". Rent has increased about $400 in the last three years.

    Administrative staff is responsive and professional. They also keep making ongoing upgrades to the physical plant! Maintenance issues are responded to in a timely manner. They are also very friendly to deal with.

      On site staff is friendly however Hayman Co makes most decisions. Non-transparent algorithmic determines rent. 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom are nearly same cost at times. Rent increases every year. Many required add on fees.

        I love living here. It's a great setting within a nice community. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The amenities are superior to many places I have visited and always in great condition. They go above and beyond to make this a great place to live.

            My experience in the community has been awesome. It's been very friendly, and safe environment around the complex. Everyone is more than willing to help one another, and everyone is respectful and kind towards one another within the buildings. It makes it feel very safe and comfortable to live here.

              My experience here has been absolutely awful. My apartment is infested with bugs, my dryer takes two full dry cycles to dry a medium-sized load, my disherwasher can only clean dishes that are already pre-rinsed, and the leasing office has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. They do not provide correct information and they do not follow instructions given. They allowed someone into my apartment without my knowledge or consent despite explicitly saying not to allow anyone to enter without me being there or 48 hour notice. Not only is everyone here useless but they are actively incompetent and it is negatively impacting the living standard here. My apartment is very poor quality for what I pay too. There is rotten wood on almost every doorframe and my apartment was dirty at move-in day. The heating system is terrible and I get actual icicles forming on my windows when it is cold. The hot water completely runs out after only two hot loads of laundry. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived yet I pay $1900 to live in filth with incompetent leasing "managers".

                  Best apartment community we've ever lived at! We moved here from out of state and were unable to tour the property before moving. Thanks to the awesome front office staff, we had a smooth and painless move. Our apartment building is very quiet and everyone picks up after themselves or their dogs. If they offered a 3-bedroom, we would renew our lease, but we're looking at buying a condo now. The ONLY thing I wish the community had was access to an electric vehicle charger. There are quite a few EVs on property and that would have been a great perk. Don't hesitate, if the apartments are large enough for you, move here. We love it here and recommend it to anybody thinking about living in the NW suburbs.

                    I have lived her since 2010. At first was great place to live. Through the years management has added numerous additional charges and raised rent considerably. Maintenance is pretty good with good response time. Nothing is included with rent and they even charge for parking, which is never enough if you have 2 cars. Snow plowing lazy, and they redo parking lots a lot which is inconvenient to residents.

                      It started off well, but there has been little to offset the rising cost of rent. At this point it's a terrible value for what we are getting. Instead of a fire pit, new stair machine, why not replace the old windows in units that have seals broken to improve conditions for residents?

                        I like the community. The clubhouse is great. I love having the gym and the pool table, and the pool to use. The interiors of the units are nice, my unit has new carpet new paint and newer cabinets. Visually things are nice. My only area for improvement would be in terms of appliances. I would like to see a more proactive approach to keeping up maintenance and REPLACING old appliances. HVAC systems and AC units are noticeably old and routine tuneups by certified technicians should be scheduled proactively by property managers. Property managers should not wait until the tenant requests a checkup or tune up, this is dangerous and could lead to more serious issues. The oven and dishwashers are a bit old and I wish they were replaced. But the HVAC unit and AC units would be my main priority.

                            Clover Ridge has been a great place to live. I haven't had any problems with neighbors and it's usually a quiet community. Maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. Maintenance routinely does inspections and they make repairs on their own as needed. My one complaint would be the price for rent, but that seems to be a universal problem in this area. Overall I would recommend them.

                              The apartments are very nice and the maintenance team is very attentive, the managing company, Heyman will charge a separate fee for every little thing. There's a parking fee, storage fee, trash fee they even charge you a fee for using the payment website they make you use to pay.

                                This is a pretty quiet and clean space. There are plenty of opportunities to socialize with your neighbors if you chose as the office often holds events multiple times a month. The space itself has everything I want in an apartment (big windows - yay for natural light!, in unit laundry, gym with a sauna, updated utilities, outdoor pool etc.). The maintenance staff is wonderful and quick to help with fixing/maintenance needs. The complex is in a really great location, close to multiple grocery stores and shopping centers within a 5-10 minute drive. Rent, however is slightly on the higher side, but perhaps worth it considering.

                                  Overall, living at Clover Ridge has been great. My only issue relates to the parking lot. There are many trees, and one hangs over my car. Over the last year, the amount of sap and bird droppings on my car has gotten excessive. I reach out months ago about the issue and was told tree trimming would be occuring in the fall. Well it did, but the tree causing my issues still stands. The leasing office has said this issue will be resolved but nothing yet. And the tree next to it was cut down completely, so I'm assuming they forgot about the problem all together because it's likely the trimming company could have taken care of the issue while they were 10 feet away cutting down the other.

                                    This apartment complex is across the street from a red roof inn that I found out AFTER I MOVED IN (never disclosed by the complex management) that criminals released from jail that are homeless are allowed to live at the red roof inn. This means there are drunken vagrants everywhere in this neighborhood and the safety here has decreased. I am NOT comfortable living here single female alone. The management company never even disclosed this!!

                                        We have been living at the Clover Ridge East community for 3 years. We love it here! The floorplan is very spacious and updated including granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Every unit has a full size washer and dryer also. Everything is well maintained. If you need maintenance, which is rare, the issue is addressed immediately. The grounds and landscaping are beautifully maintained. The pool and pool area are always clean. Parking is never a problem. Management team is the best! Always pleasant and thinking of the residents.

                                          The apartment is clean and spacious. The building is well maintained and the community is very safe. I'm enjoying the in unit laundry and the updated appliances, but I do feel that the increase in rent is a little much in comparison to some of the communities in the area. If prices were more affordable, I do think this would be the perfect place to live and even start a family.

                                            it was ok till it was not, they gave me a violation for my sons toys being on the patio. i'm not home during the day so we have my husbands grandmother watch my son and i found out that they were currently playing with the toys and they went inside to have a quick bit to eat, they didn't think to clean up the toys right away. they took a picture of our patio and gave us a violation. it's ok but they invade your privacy.
