I have lived here for the past one year and my first experience with it was, the day I went to sign the lease the manager just increased the price right before us saying if we dont want the place its up to us. I have lived in a lot of places and this kind of behavior is something I have not seen ever and wasnt expecting. But since we waited for it for a while we didnt want to go on apartment hunting again so just signed the lease. Since then it has been haunting me a lot that people who live around me pay less than what I do.. The manager makes her own rules and doesnt bother to inform you about them, its only after you confront she says thats the way the place runs and if I dont want it to be that way I can leave... Once you sign the lease the attitude just changes... I am just waiting to move out of this place.. no wonder they have a lot of empty apartments here.. if they dont respect the people who come to take them.. But the maintainence crew is really friendly and thats one thing I liked here, they are willing to help you.. If you care for maintianence with a salty manager and want to pay more only then go for it...
