I was there for about 3 and a half years. I watched the place quickly decline. There have been 4 managers while I lived there. I liked the previous manager though she was often forgetful it at least felt like she was on the side of the residents standing against the corporate owners. The new guy feels like a corporate enforcers. He loves to find loopholes to make you pay for repairs. The apartments are falling apart. The main door on my unit has a giant crack from the door frame to the ceiling the wobbles every timt the door closes. Every year without fail when the snow melted, the apartment would flood. There is never enough parking unless you are in the far back building.
Until recently I could put up with a lot of the crappiness of the apartment. The rent was cheap, I didn't expect luxury, and the previous manager was lovely. Combining the new manager with rising rent and it hit my tipping point. I'm done with this place. You should avoid it too.
