Service has declined, but not unlivable.
Lived here over 5 years. When I first moved in, it was pleasant and had a family environment. Then the new management came in and we were going to be condos. Then that fell through. Then we were going to be torn down. Now apparently that fell through. The overall quality has fallen, but ultimately, I have only a few complaints. Maintenance comes when you call them. Management staff from my limited experience has been OK. Once I moved to the back of the property, parking improved exponentially. It's one of the cheapest places to live in the area - so you get what you pay for.

Lack of easy visitor parking is a huge problem for me. Friends have to shell out $10 for the night or $25 for the month which seems far to excessive.

The neighbors I've seen have been friendly. I still feel relatively safe in my home and heading to my car. I don't doubt people have horror stories, but as a long-term resident I don't have a whole lot to complain about.

I'm marking it as not recommended, but for those who really need a place badly, beggers can't be choosers.Share This Review
