Our internship program is set to provide exposure to Property Management, which at times can be unpredictable. Property Management also is heavily focused on leasing apartments with smaller teams that can understand different circumstances and are adaptable to change. When we were built in 2016, we passed all of our building codes/certifications. I apologize if you feel that our homes were poorly made. The Village of Romeoville also inspects every home at move out.
