Best semi-long term housing in tri-city area. Student families do well here. READ MORE!
An excellent investment with a promising return. Especially if made with a student loan! No hassel or risk like buying a house. Well designed use of space per unit. I don't recommend it for anyone less than 2-3 years comittment, but even if you have to pay for paint when you go you saved TONS in rent and utilites. Check it out. Facilities and ammenities speak for themselves. A super-friendly staff and neighborhood. Safe are and good location, busses run early and late. Sound is WAY quiet compared to where we were in Urbana. Very well lit at night ALL AREAS. No hoodlems. A diverse mix of residents and many clubs, committees, and play groups to join. Savoy is a good little city to be a part of too. Improvements made constantly and are often the result of residents suggestions (ie planting trees, pool improvements, dog park, etc.) Life guard on duty at all pool hours and nice big fertile tilled garden plots for cheap. ($30) Big community room and toy room and fun community activites periodically. I love this place. It is my home. People here take ownership and pride in there places. It shows and it is contageous.Share This Review
