The staff seems helpful and friendly when they are trying to sell/rent. After moving in, maitenance orders don't get filled, ceiling tiles are falling off all over the place - parking is a mess. There is only 18 visitors spots for the whole place, you get one guest parking pass per apartment and they can only park there for 2 days at a time. With new management and recent conversion to condos - they decided to start assigned parking. It was EXTREMELY poorly communicated ("posted in the common areas"). The put signs in the elevator, front door and laundry so if you don't walk in the predicted pattern you wouldn't know. The things we got under our door, personally delivered were not our new parking spot numbers but a notice that they were working with a towing company to regulate. Soon as I got it, I went outside and my car got towed. Days later, turned out there was so much confusion they had to redo the whole thing. Too bad they refuse to put the $150 credit toward my rent because my car was towed due to this mess.
