Apartment buildings were renovated 4 years ago but had a lot of trouble such as hot water supply, entrance door locks, water supply measurements, and window frames. The entrance door and side doors are usually broken so that I dont feel safe. See More

The last person doesn´t go to the office very often. Ian holds weekly meetings after hours on thursdays just to find out about any problems residents are having. I don´t think he is going anywhere anytime soon with his proven track record. See More
