My experience here has been really great. I was very nervous to move here, because I have read a lot of really negative reviews about it, but my boyfriend and I decided to give it a shot because it really seemed like a nice place and it was within our price range. So far, so good! Our interaction with the staff has been great, I can't understand anyone accusing them of being rude because they have always been very nice to us. Our apartment was clean and ready for us to move in and any issue we have had has been resolved by maintenance in a timely manner. The main issues were with our balcony door having trouble locking (fixed), our stove and oven weren't hooked up right probably from the cleaning, when we first moved in, but the next day it was fixed, our fridge had a problem with some leaking but a maintenance man came and spent at least an hour and a half making sure he fixed it, which we appreciated! We have not noticed any problems with pests other than ants here and there, which is to be expected during the summer. The gym is always well maintained and so is the pool. There is the possibility that their older buildings may have more problems than ours, ours is on the newer side I think. We pay a little extra to have a washer/dryer hook up in ours, which makes everything else a little more updated too. But our building has been just fine so far. The advice I would offer potentially renters is to maybe don't get the absolute cheapest rent, because maybe those buildings may be older and have some of the problems that others have complained about? And know that the apartment in the model is not an exact replica of all of them. The model does not have the washer/dryer hookup in it so that alone made our apartment look a bit different than the model. But we love it! The walls ARE kinda thin, but really, it's an apartment and it isn't TOP of the line. You do hear people talking if they talk really loudly, but it hasn't ever been a real issue for us. But if you are unlucky and have inconsiderate neighbors, paired with the thin walls, you might be making a call to the leasing office.
