Don´t move here unless you´re desperate!
Considering management changed every few months, things may be "better"....but considering the location and the price, probably not.

Maintenance (sp) takes forever to take care of anything. (For example, one New Year´s Eve, there was a sewer "explosion" that didn´t get cleaned up for over 2 weeks!)

Management tends to give attitude when you ask for something to be done--whether it be to schedule a maintence appointment or give you a parking pass.

Move-out is also a hassle. The carpet was stained before I moved in--carpet cleaners wouldn´t remove the stains. But, I was charged for the stains in the end--they don´t care what the move-in sheet says.

Little kids run around screaming in the middle of the night and throw rocks at the windows usually in an attempt to break them. Cops are always out there. Don´t walk there at night--unless you want to get jumped or raped.

Overall, don´t move to Woodstone unless you are in desperate need of a place to stay. If it´s a money issue, try to get into the public housing across the street. Or, try to negotiate a short-term lease.Share This Review
