Anonymous- Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I'm thrilled to hear that you love the clubhouse and added outdoor amenities as much as we do! We are really proud of how it turned out and how excited all of the residents are. We are looking forward to a time when we can resume resident events and take advantage of all the new games as a community. However, I'm sorry to hear about your comments about Management and myself. This is surely not how we want you, or any of our residents, to think or feel about Management. Seeing that this review was posted by anonymous, I'm not able to dig into what may have occurred or what the situation was. We strive to provide an outstanding living environment for our residents, and appreciate all feedback we receive. While we know our residents can get busy, we always encourage immediate notification of any issues that arise on the grounds or in the apartment so they can be addressed in a timely fashion. It is also our service technician's intent to use the window of time allotted for repairs and maintenance, and we ask residents to reach out to the office if they feel the window will not be met for apartment requests. Hello: Thank you for taking the time to write a thorough review of your experience living at AMLI at Museum Gardens. We are pleased to hear that you had a great experience throughout your lease and enjoyed the grounds of the property. As you can imagine, it takes a lot of dedication from the onsite team to keep the property looking great. We appreciate the candor in your frustration of your move-out experience and want you to know it is never our intent for anyone to have a bad experience during an already stressful time. As part of the move out process we require 60 day written notice so that we can prepare for the move out and market that apartment for a potential new resident. Although your lease may have an end date, if you give written notice 52 days prior to the end date, your lease won't expire until 60 days from the written notice. As for your questions about the utility billing, AMLI bills the utilities in arrears meaning that you pay for what you used in the past months. With a program like this, you won't have a utility bill for the first 1-2 months, but at move out you will owe the amount due for the last 1-2 months. Hopefully this explains why you got this bill upon moving out.
