I had been staying in this apartment for few months. Nevertheless to say; I liked it very much. Small issues used to be there in every apartment, but the way it get handled in Param, I liked it very much. I had my microwave oven, which was working with no issues, but I was not happy with few of functionality. They change it next day and I was still not happy. Within a week, they bought a brand new and unpacked in my home itself. I took one furnished one and bi-weekly cleaning was included in offer. To describe the way they get the apartment cleaned, it was exceptional. Three cleaning staff spends 45 minutes to clean each and every bit in your apartment. 45 minutes!! Can you believe it? Yes this was average time they used to take. I moved recently to Michigan so break the lease and vacate the apartment. Still office people treat very friendly and cooperative for my smooth transition. I did not faced any issue with security deposit or anything. I had been there for whole winters of 2013 and generally found the snow used to get cleaned properly. I remember in other apartments, some time you can not even take your vehicle out of parking lot if you start just after a big fall. I especially liked the way leasing people works. They are very friendly and very quick in response. Leasing manager Fiza is extremely helpful, friendly and supportive for any issue. I would like to say thanks to Param Management, Leasing Manager Fiza to have this apartment and environment maintained so well.
