Terrible experience. WASTE OF TIME AND COMPLETELY RUDE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. My fiance and I went in with our two year old daughter for a scheduled walk through. When we arrived we noticed a packed office. It turns out they double booked us with another family. We sat and waited for a good half hour until the woman who shows the units finally surfaced. When she walked in, nonchalantly might I add, she offered no explanation for her tardiness nor her inability to make a proper schedule of showings which lead to her double booking. After all the waiting, with a crabby and rambunctious two year old, she just simply stood there and gave us a blank stare until we decided the awkward silence was enough and told her what we were there for. She just continued to stare at us until she finally said to continue to wait and she would show us the unit. My daughter then decided it was time for a temper tantrum so we went outside to not disturb others. We continued to wait outside, in the cold, with a crying baby for another ten minutes. At this point we were frustrated and annoyed at how terrible the customer service was that we decided to leave. The whole time we were outside waiting the woman never once came out. I think it's pretty ridiculous that we were willing to come all the way there and waste our time to not even be given the respect we deserve. If this is our first impression of this establishment I can only assume it would of been an even worse experience to live here. A part of me is thankful they were so rude because it pushed us to getting an even better apartment that we are proud to call home.
