I have been living in one of the two bedroom apartments for the past few months and cannot think of any complaint and enjoying my stay here. Apartments here are comfortable and cozy, with all new stainless steel appliances, you really feel at home. Wonderful strategic Location convenient with transportation, shopping, cuisine opportunities in all directions! Leasing, Management and maintenance staff is friendly and they are promptly and efficiently responding to any problem you are reporting to them. FIZA is a total gem at Param Apartments leasing office. She is very humble and treats the tenants like family, and every encounter is a delight. As a tenant, i would like to renew my lease after the first year and I would recommend it.
