We lived in Param apartments from June 2014 to July 2015 and I highly recommend this place. The units are spacious, the management staff are reachable and take good care of the everything. The kitchen appliances get cleaned every 15days and the residents are well informed about everything. The leasing procedures are simple and residents have many options when they are due for renewal. What makes Param different from every other apartment in this neighborhood is the availability of the furnished units at affordable prices (furnished units get full house cleaning every 15days and not just kitchen appliances).
