I lived at Georgetown for 3 yrs when the EF4 tornado hit. I have filed BBB complaints about this complex in the past. After BBB got involved it took no time to get things fixed however prior to this it took 2 yrs to get the cabinets fixed, the stove/oven replaced, the security lights fixed and don't even get me started about the mouse that moved in. The website they have set up is a bogus description. We were shown the apartment that is advertised however when we moved in it was indicative of a bait and switch. Oak cabinets were poorly constructed particle board with dark laminate, gourmet kitchen that was a joke, no counter space to put anything if you had a microwave, walk in closets, I don't think so. They were standard closets. Central heat and air. Only if you call a window air conditioning unit stuck in a wall and register heat that had 2 controls, one for the bedrooms and bath, the other for the kitchen and living room. Oh and the laundry room is a joke. $1.50 for wash and dry and 90% of the time they were broke. The price for rent when we left was ridiculous, there is no conceivable way to justify it for what you get.
