We were really excited when we moved to this community. But now highly disappointed the way office management handle the complains and there overall behavior is rude. Parking is major issue which we came across, after 8pm it's next to impossible to get parking slot near to your apartment. Few cars keep parked in the lot without having apartment sticker on it, management doesn't care to check them and notify the owner. Upon complaining of not getting the lot, manager asked me to park my car across the lake which is 10mins walking, in this severe weather we have to walk late night...wow!! Now we started feeling like we are living here for free due to which management don't care to provide basic facilities
