Office manager at the time lied to get me in. Charged me a fee for my service dog, only issued 1 key and 1 parking pass even though I was told 2 of each. Said the would install a back gate included and than after I moved in said it was an additional $250. In the first 3 months of moving into my "luxury apartment", ha, both AC units broke because they were old, back sliding door leaked everywhere and every blind has fallen off at least once, front door still leaks since day 1. Paint started peeling after 1st month. Grout in the bathroom started falling out and has never been addressed. Garbage disposal wiring failed and still hasn't been fixed. Floor is sinking, as I'm typing this I'm watching stray cats poke their heads in to look. I've had package stolen and come to find out with police report your cameras dont cover anything. New office manager Joe is great. Wish he was here when I first moved in, I believe he would have been honest and I wouldn't have moved in. Oh, and the heat is not controlled by each unit which Jack's up my utility bill when I have to have the ac on at the same time because of it. I get charged more for water the months I am not here than the ones I am. Every 2nd to 3rd month you charge extra money on top of the flat rate for gas and garbage.
