I was a tenant at King Arthur Apartments for one year. The rooms are very spacious, the rent is low, and the staff (leasing office as well as maintenance) are very helpful. I have interacted with Tom and Jeff and never have had a reason to complain. The current leasing office manager (after Tom's retirement, there is George and a lady's whose name I forget) are also very polite and cooperative. Laundry rooms and storage spaces are not well maintained. But everything else is quite decent. During summers the lake, the green around it and the swimming pool are well-maintained and offer a beautiful sight. Also, unlike most aparments, the amount cut from my deposit when I had to move on, was very little and reasonable. As you would know, most apartments would just find fault to fleece you. I have been very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend King Arthur Apmts to others.
