I have lived here for about a year now and I don't think it is really all that bad. They just repaved all the parking lots and the street coming in. They also have been doing a lot of lawn maintenance and pool maintenance. There have been a lot of psycho people moving in though. There are new owners and they seem to be letting anyone in. Almost all the tenants here are college kids or deadbeats. There is lots of partying occasional fights in the parking lot but it is not all the time. the apartments themselves are relatively nice but some haven't been renovated in 14 years. Overall its not all that bad because it is cheap to rent but if you can afford a little more expensive i would definately search for a better apartment complex other then this one.
