We lived at King Arthur and never had any problems. The only reason we moved was because my husband's job relocated us out of state. I lived in other apartments in the general area and nothing compares to King Arthur! The staff is very accomadating. We had great neighbors no problems with noise or security. I always felt safe walking around the complex and enjoyed the pool in the summer. Management is super! If we had a problem in the apartment the maintance man was sent up that same day.
