I grew up in this neighborhood and let me tell you the actuall homes in this community are very small and un-kept. But I am more concerned with the loitering of teens, the crime rate, and the gang problems. Small children are not safe here. The townhomes are pretty small, but there is a power differential between the town home residents and the apartment residents...and there is visible hostility. This is not a good place to live and definitely not a good place to raise children. This is the honest to god truth.
