I have been a tent on this property for 5 yrs. The office has been like a revolving door. Since ive been living here my apt has been broken into. Which could have been avoided if maintanance would have proply fixed the lock when I repeatedly complained about it .the poliolice are several cars deep on the property at any given time. There has been several shoting on the property on the first street barbarry lane. The mangement is rude very nonsolant maintainace has went down. when the superviser comes to fix things he has a oder and really want to deal wit the issue if it requires replacing something. I have had mice problems with spiders other flyin blk and red bugs that look like lighting bugs problems wit dog poo in the grass . The pool is so cold in summer you cant bare to swim in it. The machines dnt work in the workout area. They offer club house rental but the depoist and price per joir is crazy . The restriction on the room are so strict y use it but the mngr tamela bangs offten has parties thaat carry on in till wee hrs. This was a very nice place when i mover in but due to mangement ill be leaving the property when my lease is up. Would i recommend this place yes if your a person never home and u just wont to say uyou live somewhere that looks good . If your looking for some where that stands by what they offer and care about there tenants no the mngr tamela is a vendictive controling person she very nosie and so is dan the maintainance supervisor
