I have lived here for 2 years. I love the apartments, condition of them, location, staff, and maintenance. All are professional and kind, and very willing to help.<br>Now, lets talk about renewal! They ask that you renew 6 months before your lease is even up! They fail to realize that not everyone living there is a college student. Not only that, but I signed by lease with rental incentives. In other words, they were having a discount in rent when I signed. When I asked at my initial lease signing whether or not price would stay the same ( I even offered to sign a 2 year lease to ensure no increase) I was told not to worry, that it would remain the same or only be a very minimal increase so I would still be under what the new leasing prices were. Well, my renewal letter states my rent will increase $100 a month!!! this is absolutely INSANE! Not only was I lied to, but this is a completely unreasonable increase amount! I would be willing to work with them or split the difference, but at this rate they're just pushing me out. They obviously don't care about rental retention too much.
