They never answered my email regarding the request. I came home one day and my door was unlocked, I had no idea if I was robbed or what. But then I say the maintenance note. I wish they ever responded to my email, or called me. I explicitly noted to not do it without calling me or emailing me. This is the second time this has happened. And they still havent responded to a few of my emails, or calls. And still haven't done a service request I put in when I first moved in 6 months ago.
