Great experience! Nice apartment, great management and maintenance staff. Issues are always fixed promptly. I have rented elsewhere in Bloomington and City Flats has been my best experience by far! Cannot recommend them enough.

Great apartment community in Bloomington. Property is well kept with ample parking. The leasing and management office is incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance has quickly responded to both of my requests and was always courteous. City Flats and JC Hart do a great job!
