I've lived here before the new management took over and think the new ones are awful!!! When they posted the new apartment rates, me and my roommate looked at a couple of them to see how the place could increase in price so much (over $200 dollars). One apartment we saw WAS NOT remodeled and they stated that they had no intentions of remodeling some, although they claim all are "newly remodeled".

Second, they have huge security issues. There are lights above each entrance door that only management has control of. Of over 200 apt. units, about half of the lights are dead and they have not replaced them. I've mentioned this to both management and the property manager at least 5 times over the past 6 months. They still have not improved it. At night, you cannot lock/unlock your apartment and cannot see where you are stepping because it is so dark. I've nearly slipped on my front steps a couple of times and this was in the middle of summer!

Over the summer, one apartment had some seriouis fire/smoke damage. The mandatory city inspection notice still is posted on the window until they clean and fix that apt.

They claim they are providing "reduced market rates", but no one lives here it seems. Half the apartments are empty. Market rates are what people are willing to pay. Obviously, not many want to pay much.

I like the location because it is far enough from campus (meaning it's quiet), and on the bus line. Regardless, I do not recommend this place. Seriously, just don't even consider this place.
