I've lived at Heritage for the past 2 years and, for the most part, enjoyed it. The staff in the office are fantastic and very helpful. If there was ever an issue, I could email them and they would get back to me quickly. Maintenance issues are also fixed quickly which is great. I've never had an issues with my neighbors and it's a very quiet, clean complex. There are three main negatives that I have. The first is that I can hear absolutely everything my upstairs neighbors do. Whether this is because I have noisy neighbors, or the floors are very thin I'm not sure. It's not a huge deal, but can be less than fun at 3 am when they wake me up. The heating/cooling is also very expensive. Again, I'm not sure if this is only my unit, but I had electric bills of $130+ during the winter for a 1 bedroom apartment I kept at no more than 65 degrees and maintenance couldn't figure out why (windows were sealed well and the unit was working properly). The last negative is that I never have a ton of hot water and have to take super fast showers.
Overall, though, the positives are a lot more numerous and I'm glad I lived here. I think it's one of the better complexes in Bloomington and I know Regency Management has a good reputation in the town as being one of the better rental agencies to rent from.
