The good part is that the apartments are relatively cheap considering the size and they are dog friendly so you can have any size dog. The bad news is that if you don't have an apartment in an end building or on the ends of the middle buildings you will not be able to park near your apartment so moving in is going to be a huge headache and once you are moved in every time you have to lug groceries home you'll hate that you didn't get an end unit or choose to live some place else.

The apartments are also noisy although that's not necessarily something unique to Bloomington. I hear my neighbors on either side of me on a regular basis. It's like having an extra roommate. New neighbors didn't seem to make a difference. As a result, I don't study at home because I'm distracted by my neighbor's television and stereo. It's loud enough that it's hard to hear it in my own apartment. The other odd noise situation is that the A/C and heating unit is so loud that when it kicks on I can't hear my television unless I blast it. Not wanting to be an annoying neighbor I've purchased headphones. In general, if you are a person who is looking for quiet, don't move here.

Over all, it's a mediocre apartment compex. I can't say it was the worst but you can do better, especially if you aren't looking for a place that permits large dogs.
