Good peaceful community. Schools, hospitals, shopping places, Library are all at 10-15mins drive. Very green, but rent is a little on the higher side especially if you opt for a short term lease. Staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt.

A feeling of community is noticeable at Highpointe Meridian. Resident appreciation days are a nice touch and reinforce my opinion that management sincerely cares about its residents. The facilities are top tier including pool, indoor basketball court, exercise equipment and clubhouse.
