I agree with the most recent assessment. The office manager isn't usually in the office at the times when she is expected to be (9-5); reaching her is nearly impossible. She makes constant excuses for why she doesn't complete tasks. When she's going on vacation, she usually sends a text the day that she's leaving that she won't be back until X date. The trash dumpsters are a mess. Small household items that have been placed next to the dumpster remain by the dumpster for weeks or months. I don't know that anybody walks the grounds to check on how clean they look. Mulch constantly washes away from the landscaping and onto the sidewalks, and nothing is swept. After several big storms, large branches blew down. Nobody picked them up for weeks. The fencing around the back patios is falling down. It's unfortunate because it's a cute complex. There are cockroaches in the units. We've had several car break-ins, but management hasn't said a word on how they will address security. Some homeowners don't walk their dogs; they let them pee/poop on their back patio, where the dogs bark incessantly to then be let back inside. There are far nicer places to live in Carmel where the management is helpful, responsive, and where they care about the place where they work and about the residents.
