DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Maintenance is lacking in their job abilities. Poor, poor parking.. Office staff is not friendly at all. Fees are way overcharged. Apartments are very cheaply built. You will either have to pay an early termination fee of around $3000 to break your lease or stick it out until your lease is up, no matter what the situation is. NO utilities are included with your rent. You have to use their cable/internet service, which SUCKS!! The cable keeps losing signal and the internet doesn't work half of the time. I recommend searching around to better apartments.

This also includes any issues that you are currently experiencing with cable and internet. I can assure that I will do my absolute best to resolve or find an alternative solution that will work for you. I am surprised to read that you are also experiencing parking issues. Every resident receives two parking spaces which includes one space in front of the building and one space further back from the building. We also offer carports and garages if this is not sufficient for you. I would love to meet with you to address your concerns.
