Upon move in, I would have definitely recommended this complex. My apartment was in great condition and very spacious. The other residents make me not want to sign another lease. Despite the "no smoking" rule, the common area always smells like smoke, specifically weed. It smells like there's a growing operation in my building! I'm also pretty sure some of my neighbors sell weed. My daughter picked up an opened almost full beer outside of an apartment just last week. The noise outside is almost unbearable, especially on the weekend, as there are groups of people in the parking lot drinking until midnight or later. Also despite children needing supervision, there is none. Some are outside screaming and running around until dark. The playground is typically full of teenagers. I do not think this is a family friendly complex. Too much illegal activity to feel safe raising my child here.

Dear Valued Resident: I would like to apologize that you have had a bad experience regarding the neighbors in our community. I would also like to invite you to the office to speak with me so we may discuss this further. We do value all of our residents and we would hate to lose you due to the circumstances you have listed. I am in the office Monday thru Friday 10-6 and every other Saturday 10-5. If you have time please contact me so we may set up a time to talk.
