My daughter lives in an upstairs apt and has $125 electric bills and keeps her apt freezing. One night when she got home from work it was hot and Jeff was called after hours. He immediately responded and fixed the problem in a few min. Her apt was quickly back to cooool cool again! Lakeshore staff and managers are the best and if you let them know about a problem it is promptly fixed. I have lived here for two years and still am in awe of all the things they do for their tenants. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Please anonymous, call them. They can fix the A/C problem I am quite sure.
