I've lived here for almost a year. The rent is very reasonable, and the units look great at first. I've had many issues with being able to hear neighbors at all times of night and day, maintenance issues, and bug issues. The building has never sprayed for roaches since we have lived here and it shows. Even if you keep a clean apartment, they still come in to visit nightly. There are lots of kids here who play in the hallways, which bothers me also. The units are also poorly insulated. The utilities here are higher then a comparable size home. I would not recommend these units unless you just can not afford someplace slightly better.
