The properties are dirty. Not maintained well and noisy. Ants are a problem no matter how clean you keep it as well as roaches. The windows are paper thin allowing you to hear (as if inside your apartment) all noise from the pool. ---------- is ruthless in her attempts to gain profit from the people. She has no concern for you or your family and will prove that once you sign the contract. They offer a 15 month lease with 1st and last month free which makes the property initially appealing, but I assure you signing that contract is the worst decision you've made in a while. I currently live here and have never been in a worse environment in my life mostly due to the inadequate manager and property maintenance. Your concerns are not theirs and they only collect the money and DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the hell that is Shannon Glenn Apartments and ----------. Can't wait till lease is up!
