Since they redid all the apartments, it's a great place to live, especially if you are just starting out. We moved in June 2009 into a basement unit. May 2011 we moved into a newly refurbished unit on the second floor with a balcony. Prices are very nice - we have a 3 bedroom unit and for the price, it's family friendly. Management is very nice and Maintenance is willing to work with you, even at 2 A.M. Always friendly. Facilities are upgrading, soon to have a playground, computer center, grill and more. All utilities are included (water, sewer, trash and electricity). Very close to all major highways and dining/stores. Ample parking, well lit. Police station across the street, so not much crime. Neighbors are decent, lots of kids in the area. Pool area is well kept.
