Terry Hart is a horrible manager, and should be terminated. She treats different tenants different ways. If you are on Section 8 she will do all she can for u, but if u aren't then she will put u out without any real reason to. She doesn't care if u have children or not. She is a liar and is not fair with all tenants. She will tell u one thing but let another tenant get away with the exact same issue u may have had.
