Maintenance comes when convenient for them. Bugs everywhere, Rude office staff. More than once I was overcharged for rent with no way of correcting the problem because the office didn't call me back, or flatly refused. My home was broken into, and I was charged for the price to change my locks. The place is cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for here.
