I lived there in the mid 80's. Oh, it was so awful back then. I left before my lease was up, it was too dangerous for a young girl. They were called Shamrock apts back then and I was going to Tri-state beauty college so I thought it would be cool to be able to walk to school.<br><br>My brother in law just moved in there all these years later and I practically begged him not too, he couldn't imagine after 20 some odd years they hadn't done anything about the massive problems, so in he moved. Guess what, he is leaving this month and not fulfilling his lease. Those stupid basement apts flooded back in the 80's just like they are now, I can't imagine what kind of mold must be internal in those by now............<br><br>best of luck to anyone there
